Hannah K's Open House

Last weekend we went to our friend Hannah's graduation open house. (Congratulations Hannah!!)

It was a beautiful summer day!

Last week was Vacation Bible School at our church. 

Ana and I were assistant teachers and I also took pictures and video for a slide show that was shown Sunday. :)

Craft Time!

  Several of the children were all excited to get their Bible verse memorized each day, and they all got along well which was a blessing. :)  It was a busy week!, but we enjoyed working with the children and the other teachers.

Camera Fun

 Yesterday I spent the afternoon with my friend Moya.  Her youngest brother Marcus was fascinated with our cameras and took several pictures with each of them...he was so funny!

Marcus Measures

 Ana and I stopped by a friend's house this morning to make a delivery.  Marcus, their youngest, was busy at the kitchen table with a tape measure.  He is a cute one!

 

Baby!!

Our neighbor had a baby girl last week...what a sweet little gift from the Lord!  Isn't she cute?! 

Bible School

 Last week Ana and I assisted some friends with a Bible School at their church.  There were 12- 15 children who attended, and several came from broken homes.  They didn't know much of anything about God or the gospel.  Mrs. D., whose class I helped with, had me do part of the lesson with the children.  This was a new experience for me as I've never though of myself as a good teacher, but I found after a couple days of getting used to it that I really enjoyed that time with the kids!  They came up with unique thought provoking answers to the review questions, and I enjoyed talking with them about how God is always trustworthy and truthful, what 'grace' means, and many other things. :)
