Hi Alyssa, I live in the Los Angeles area and John MacArthur is my pastor. I've enjoyed your blog for some time now and just had to pop in to comment when I saw your quote from Pastor John. I have to admit, it is quite a privilege to sit in his congregation, 6 rows back, Sunday after Sunday. Sometimes I forget how far-reaching his ministry is. Are you reading one of his books now?
